Dear The Mercury,
Are you guys not seeing what is going on with the local magician Cobble? He seems to be in some kind of Magician's duel on the internet with this mysterious masked man. I'm surprised you are not jumping on this story!

Dear Mary,
Thank you for your interest in our paper. While the story seems exciting, at this time we do not wish to spend our time reporting on irrelevant internet feuds to give magicians free publicity.

A New Establishment
(Posters have been put up around town with the following advertisement.)
The Owners of the Boathouse in Kitchener Present:
Neverland!
Come to the hottest (or coolest, if that is your thing) new bar in Downtown Guelph. Escape the humdrum of your day to day life and escape to Neverland, where your fantasies may become reality!
(The poster shows the inside of a very nice club, where over the bar a scaled down pirate ship is hung from the ceiling. A waterfall can be seen off in the corner.)
New Show Highly Anticipated
Reclusive Millionaire Artur Voltaire's new music company will be performing their first show next month at the Aud in Kitchener, and tickets are disappearing fast. Even faster now, as rumours circulate that the millionaire himself will be the final act. The nature of his performance is shrouded in secrecy, so theatregoers just have to wait until opening night to find out.
Other feature performances include the band O.R.C., The Operatic Duo, and singer Robin Lake.
Rumours:
Changeling Rumour: All sources of the Changeling grapevine from outside the city agree: True Fae activity in the Real is on the rise. Mortal kidnappings, while hard to track with any accuracy, seem to be happening alarmingly more often. A huge trod has also appeared in Northern Ontario that is rumored to go directly to Arcadia.
Hedge Rumour: It has been rumored that the Loyalist stronghold in the Hedge of Niagara on the Lake has been wiped out by something completely unknown. It’s also whispered that Sol and Noxx have both have sent out expeditions to pick at the area for any leftover tokens or items.
Hedge Rumour: The security forces of the Goblin Market have put out a bounty on the creature that’s come to be known as the “Twilight Stalker” which has been causing disappearances in dark areas of the hedge. The bounty is “200 UMC - Dead or Alive*
*Subject to market taxes, administrative fees, and regulations”
