The following sign is posted outside the entrance to the market for all who enter to see.

MARKET IS CLOSED 5AM-11AM
1. Outsiders are not allowed in the Undermarket during CLOSED HOURS. Unauthorized outsiders found loitering in the Undermarket more than one hour before or after business hours conclude will be subjected to market justice!
2. The market is to open for business at Noon each day with the clock tower bells. Bartering, trading, buying and selling may not be opened until these bells have rung. The clock tower bells will sound at 3:59am each morning to signal the closing of the market. All deals are to be brokered and finalized before the bells cease ringing precisely one minute later.
3. Market transactions with outsiders during non-business hours is prohibited, and both parties of such a deal will be subjected to market justice.
4. All transactions are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise!
5. Unauthorized acts of violence, vandalism or theft on site are prohibited.
6. Sale of Changeling slaves and Calliope are prohibited on-site.
7. No unauthorized business is to be conducted in the market.
